I've been cleaning my retainers with Polident Pro Retainer & Guard, it helps to keep my retainers cleaner and fresher than just brushing with water, killing 99.99% odour causing bacteria in just 3 minutes, with 3 simple steps :
1. Drop a Polident Pro Retainer & GUard tablet into water
2. Soak your retainer for 3-5 minutes, for best results, gently brush the retainers/mouthguard with the solution using a soft brush. Discard the remaining solution immediately after use.
3. Rinse your retainers thoroughly with running water.
